KEVIN JACOBSON first came to Good Works in 2002 during his freshman year at Ohio University.

"I began volunteering at the Timothy House once a week in the evening. After that I spent the next 2 years on the night shift staff while attending school. Upon graduating in 2006 I spoke with Keith about returning to the staff and was offered the caregiving position at the Timothy House, which I have been doing for a year and a half now.
Good Works has been very influential in my development both as a person and as a Christian over the years. Through friendships that I made with people who volunteered and worked at the Timothy House I came to a relationship with Jesus as my Lord. I am also thankful for the emphasis on justice and caring for those without a voice that I get here. My faith has been forever shaped by the people I’ve met here and the experiences that I’ve had; and I am truly thankful for that.
In addition to working at the Timothy House I spend my time playing music and serving with the worship team at my church Central Avenue UMC. In free time I like to play games of all sorts, from video games to strategy games that take hours to play."
